The cosmic energy exists everywhere in the cosmos. It is the bond between the galaxies, the planets, human molecules. It is the space between each and everything. It is the base of all our actions and functions. We receive a few amounts of cosmic energy in deep sleep and in total silence.
We are using this energy in whole day activities like seeing, speaking, hearing, thinking and all the actions of our body. This cosmic energy which gained from sleep is not sufficient for these activities just why we feel exhausted, tired and tensed. This leads to mental & physical stress and all the kindness of illnesses.
The only way to overcome this is to get more and more cosmic energy. Cosmic energy is essential to maintain the order of our lives to lead a healthy & happy life. In all situations, we are totally devoted in to obtain knowledge & for expansion of our consciousness. Abundant cosmic energy is obtained only through meditation. So let know about cosmic meditation.
Sleep is meditation which we do unconsciously while meditation is conscious sleep. During sleep, we get limited energy while in meditation we get abundant energy. It opens the doors for our sixth sense & beyond. It also helps to reach a greater height in the physical realm. During meditation, we consciously travel from body to mind that is outer consciousness to inner, mind to intellect then to self & beyond. To do meditation first we have to stop all the function of our body & mind that is body movements, seeing, speaking & thinking. Now, How to do cosmic meditation? For the cosmic meditation, the first thing is the posture.
Posture: You may sit in any posture. The posture must be very comfortable & stable. We can meditate either on a floor or on a chair. We can meditate in any place wherever we feel comfortable. Sit by cross your legs and clasp your finger & close your eyes also. You think when we cross our legs and clasp our fingers what will happen why should we do? This is because the energy circuit is formed & gives more stability to us.
Eyes are doors of the mind, so eyes should be closed. Mantra chanting, any chattering inner or outer are the activities of the mind. So, it should be stopped. When the body relaxes consciousness travels to the next love, mind & intellect. The mind is nothing but a bundle of thoughts. There are numerous thoughts always coming to the surface of mind whenever there are thoughts in the mind. We get many questions known or unknown to transcend the mind & intellect one has to observe.
Breath: Observation is the nature of the self, so one should just observe their own breath. Don’t do conscious breathing which means don’t inhale or exhale consciously. Let inhalation or exhalation happens on its own, just observed the normal breathing which we take all the time. This is the MAIN KEY, this is the way. Don’t cling to queries, questions or thoughts. Cut the thoughts come back to the breath.
Observe normal breathing be with your breath. Then, the density of the thoughts reduces slowly breath becomes thinner & shorter. Finally, breath becomes the smaller & settles like a clash between the eyebrows. In this state, one will have no breath & no thoughts. He will be totally thoughtless. This state is called NORMAL STUDY or no thought state.
This is the meditative state. In this state, we will be under the shower of cosmic energy. The more meditation one does, the more will be cosmic energy one receives.
